Passengers can change the date and/or travel details for free for 1 time. Passengers traveling from Bangkok or Chiang Mai must present the ticket and contact Sombat Tour ticket counter in person at least 3 hours before travel time on the ticket. Passengers traveling from other provinces must present the ticket and contact the counter at least 5 hours before travel time on the ticket. If passengers contact the ticket counter after the time required, the ticket will be waived. The ticket that has already been changed cannot be refunded.
There are 4 staffs on the bus including:
1. 2 Drivers
2. 1 Welcoming Staff
3. 1 Attendant
Remark: There is no welcoming staff on Smart Class (2nd Class Air Conditioned Bus).
In case that a ticket is lost, the passenger can a copy of ID card or passport to contact Sombat Tour counter in person. The staff will check and confirm the information, then issue substitute document for the lost ticket. This document can be used for traveling and getting food/drinks at the breakpoint just like regular tickets. However, this substitute ticket cannot be changed or cancelled. The passenger must use it for traveling on that date only.
1. Book tickets via Call CENTER at number 1215 (06:00 - 20:00 hrs. every day).
2. Buy ticket at every branch of Sombat Tour ticket counter and ticket agencies.

To cancel/refund, the passenger traveling from Bangkok or Chiang Mai must present the ticket and contact Sombat Tour ticket counter in person at least 3 hours before travel time on the ticket. As for other provinces, passenger must present the ticket and contact the counter at least 5 hours before travel time on the ticket. There is cancellation/refund fee for 10% of the ticket price.

Sombat Tour serves complimentary snacks and drinks to passengers.

The passenger must not carry any of the followings.
The passenger can request at Call Center 02-7921456 within 90 days after traveling. Then, send a copy of ID card (same name as on the ticket), travel details, phone number, and the branch for collecting the document to the company via fax. The company takes not more than 7 days to prepare the document. After that, the passenger can contact and receive the document at Sombat Tour ticket counter.
If the passenger misses the bus, he/she is deemed as waiving the travel right and not entitled to get refund for the paid travel fare.
The passenger can pay from the booking date until the date as informed by the agent. If the passenger fails to pay within the date and time required, the ticket will be automatically cancelled.
A Since there are many types of buses, the location of toilets varies. Toilet is in the rear of some buses or at the boarding area of others.
All kinds of pets are not allowed on board with Sombat Tour. According to Land Transport Act, pets are not allowed on board to prevent nuisance and contagious disease from animals.
Call Center operates every day at 06:00 - 20:00 hrs.
The passenger must contact the Call Center at 02-7921456 to inform of travel details and the forgotten item. The agent will check your forgotten item and contact the passenger about returning the stuff.

Sombat Tour is liable for luggage carried under the bus only. In case of loss or damage, the company will pay indemnity according to actual cost but not over 500 Baht. As for carry-on luggage on board, Sombat Tour is not liable in all circumstances.
Sombat Tour accepts 1 year advance booking as maximum, based on the travel date. For example, the passenger wishing to travel on 10th October 2015 can book and buy tickets from 10th October 2014 onwards.
