How can a passenger book and buy tickets?

     1. Book tickets via Call CENTER  at number 1215 (06:00 - 20:00 hrs. every day).

     2. Buy ticket at every branch of Sombat Tour ticket counter and ticket agencies.

For booking via Call Center, how can the payment be made?

     1. At Sombat Tour ticket counter

     2. At Siam Commercial Bank or Kasikorn Bank

     3. At ATM of Siam Commercial Bank or Kasikorn Bank

     4. At Counter Service (7-eleven) *** Available for North-Eastern routes only

If booking via Call Center, when is the deadline of payment?

The passenger can pay from the booking date until the date as informed by the agent. If the passenger fails to pay within the date and time required, the ticket will be automatically cancelled.

When is the operating hours of the Call Center?

 Call Center operates every day at 06:00 - 20:00 hrs.

How long in advance can the ticket be reserved?

Sombat Tour accepts 1 year advance booking as maximum, based on the travel date. For example, the passenger wishing to travel on 10th October 2015 can book and buy tickets from 10th October 2014 onwards.
