What to do if the ticket is lost?

In case that a ticket is lost, the passenger can a copy of ID card or passport to contact Sombat Tour counter in person. The staff will check and confirm the information, then issue substitute document for the lost ticket. This document can be used for traveling and getting food/drinks at the breakpoint just like regular tickets. However, this substitute ticket cannot be changed or cancelled. The passenger must use it for traveling on that date only. 

What to do to get travel confirmation document?

The passenger can request at Call Center 02-7921456 within 90 days after traveling. Then, send a copy of ID card (same name as on the ticket), travel details, phone number, and the branch for collecting the document to the company via fax. The company takes not more than 7 days to prepare the document. After that, the passenger can contact and receive the document at Sombat Tour ticket counter.
