How many pieces of luggage are allowed in traveling with Sombat Tour?
The passenger are allowed to bring 2 pieces of luggage per person with total weight of not over 25 kg. If the luggage is overweight, the passenger must pay an extra fee according to the company’s terms and conditions.
What kinds of materials are not allowed on board?
The passenger must not carry any of the followings.

All kinds of alcoholic drinks

All kinds of animals

All kinds of foam packages

Inflammable, dangerous, fragile objects and/or objects containing water

Weapons and/or illegal objects
Is it possible to carry a pet when traveling?
All kinds of pets are not allowed on board with Sombat Tour. According to Land Transport Act, pets are not allowed on board to prevent nuisance and contagious disease from animals.
In case of forgetting something on the bus, how to get it back?
The passenger must contact the Call Center at 02-7921456 to inform of travel details and the forgotten item. The agent will check your forgotten item and contact the passenger about returning the stuff.
What is the company’s policy in case the luggage is lost or damaged?
Sombat Tour is liable for luggage carried under the bus only. In case of loss or damage, the company will pay indemnity according to actual cost but not over 500 Baht. As for carry-on luggage on board, Sombat Tour is not liable in all circumstances.
